More than just a CRM…

I think we can all relate to the frustration faced by so many using a CRM that is too complicated, or doesn’t work properly, or prevents them from communicating how they need to.
 
I have had so many conversations with people who say that they just want a CRM that works. I was one of them, I was becoming more and more frustrated that we were trying to make a business fit a CRM rather than the CRM fit our business needs.
 
It is for those reasons, that I began looking for a CRM that could offer more to a business.  I was looking for a solution that not only would improve day to day processes, but would also improve our relationship with our clients.
 
So, the search was on.
 
I can’t remember exactly how many, different CRM websites I viewed or existing systems that I trialled before I began to believe that what I was looking for, simply, didn’t exist.
 
At this point i reached out to an old business acquaintance Steven, our Product Director. During our conversation it became apparent that we were having the same thoughts regarding the creation of a product that would bring intuitive CRM and communication features to SMEs.
 
I guess the saying goes ‘The rest is history’.  Sentle was born.
